1. How long does delivery take?
Processing time for items may take longer, from 2 to 4 business days. Once the shipment is loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 5-15 business days for the United States, and 10-20 business days for other countries.
Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as delays in holiday seasons.

2. I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
When it comes to expedited shipping, we offer the following options:

a/ Free Shipping via Yuntu (7-15 working days): This is our free shipping option, but please note that it may take approximately 7-15 working days for delivery.
b/ Shipping via USPS/DHL ECO (5-10 working days): This option provides faster shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days. However, there is a $3 shipping fee associated with this option.
c/ Shipping via DHL (3-7 working days): This is our fastest shipping option available. It typically takes 3-7 working days for delivery. The shipping fee for this option depends on the weight of your order. For orders weighing less than 2 kg, the shipping fee is $23. For orders weighing more than 2 kg, the shipping fee is $18.

Please keep in mind that the delivery times provided are estimates and are counted from the time your order is processed and handed over to the shipping service. If you require faster delivery, I recommend selecting the USPS/DHL ECO or DHL shipping options for expedited service. The shipping fees are designed to cover the cost of faster delivery service.

3. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
