SHIPPING

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 15 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

My tracking number isn’t working?
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

ORDER

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via “contact us” form.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email or call customer support.

I need help with a late order
Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 15 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely support

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through ‘contact us’ form.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card.
Additionally, we support Paypal.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?
Yes, If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/changing your order any more. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 12 hours of receiving your order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged as we cannot stock them. If you need to return or exchange your order, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
