Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number and a link for tracking your order. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number in the provided box below to obtain the most recent status of your shipment.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Looking to track your order?
If your order has been shipped, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email from [email protected], which includes your tracking number.

Unable to locate your email?
If you have recently received a notification about your shipment, please allow 3 to 5 working days for the tracking information to be updated.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping via ePacket! Please note that the processing time for orders is typically 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 15 and 20 business days. Please take into account any holidays that may affect delivery times.

Please be aware: Your order may be divided into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be informed and provided with a tracking number for each individual shipment.
